To follow your heart is, in my humble opinion, the best thing you can do in life! Following your heart takes you places you’ve never been, gives you experiences you’ve never had and makes you feel ALIVE! It’s not always easy, but it’s definitely worth the ride.
I’ve started listening and following my heart again a few years ago. Where as a child we all listen to and follow our hearts, most adults don’t anymore. We’ve learned to ‘behave’, to compromise, to ‘fit in’ (and don’t try to stand out). To do what is expected, necessary and needed. Not much room for fun, not much room for personal development. Luckily there is a change going on. People start to realise again that they shouldn’t hide what’s inside of them, that they’re here for a reason and that they want to express themselves. I love to see how more and more people start doing the things they really love, step by step, but in the meantime covering great distances.
I love to experience my own development as well, the ups as well as the downs. I can see that I’ve changed from wanting to hide my sensitivity into fully embracing it, expressing it and using it to help other people! And I’m still growing, I’m still learning, still developing. And I think that is the reason why we are here, that’s the reason why we are alive. To grow, to learn, to develop, to BE ALIVE! Yes, it can be scary sometimes. And yes, it can also be very intense. But it’s also a very beautiful, amazing, heartfelt and expanding feeling of love, of being truly me.
My journey started with an ‘intuitive development’ course and got really accelerated after receiving my first and then my second degree in Reiki. I’ve learned lots of other amazing things in the meantime and my journey still continues. In the next months I will follow 3 courses I’m really looking forward to: Medicine Woman Awakening, Opening to Channel and Multi-Dimensional Healing. I know each course will help me to connect on an even deeper level with my heart, my Higher Self and my life’s purpose and I can’t wait to grow and learn even more.
I know I’m here to help others to reconnect to their hearts as well and I’m very happy to be able to do that through my own business. The coming weeks I’ll be sharing lots of free tips and tools I use on a almost daily basis and on the 31st of July I start the try out of my online program ‘Living from your heart’. I can’t wait to be able to reach even more people to help them reconnect to their heart!
Do you live from your heart? What are the things you find most difficult? Is there something you’ve learned along the way you’d like to share? I’d love to hear from you!
