My book

I am currently writing my first book! It’s about my (pretty intense) experience of the Vipassana I did in Dhamma Yoti in Myanmar in September 2018. A Vipassana is a 10 day meditation retreat, where you meditate for more than 10 hours a day and maintain complete silence troughout these days. I’ll be sharing parts of my book here while I’m writing it, untill it all comes together in my book.
